Introduction
Start time of 6:00 AM this morning on Thanksgiving, giving the opportunity for some to sleep in a little and try to have some early daylight for the workout. Super 8 arrived about 4:30 for EC Ruck which he was joined by Nair, Tang and Ann Arbor for 4 miles. The rest of the crew began arriving around 5:50. No complaints about the weather. Music was brought to us by the soundtrack of Remember the Titans. Also, pool noodles were requested if for PAX to bring them if they could.
Warm-O-Rama
Instead of a typical circle, the warm-up was in lines with Site Qs that were present with the Q in the front. Similar to some football programs warm-ups/pre game lines.

In lines we skipped for distance and skipped for height from light post to light post.

Thang 2: Break up into 5 groups and warm up those arms by playing catch.
Two groups and practice running routes: Hitches, Fly’s, slants and post-corners
Thang 3: Split the PAX over 250 lbs. up to not be on the same football team. No fat shaming, it might have just looked like it. Sorry

The team on defense had pool noodles to keep socially distant while playing. And maybe some people got wacked a couple of times.

Gave PAX the opportunity for silence for their own prayers. Message was simple, Thank you for F3 and today is Thanksgiving.
Naked Man Moleskin
The coach in me simply wanted to separate size & speed for the teams today. When we were running routes, I noticed all the Clydesdales were all in the same line. So to make the teams some what even, I simply stated for HIMs over 250 to go to one side. My mistake, I often forgot people are sensitive to these little things. Teams were pretty even in the end. Payton Manning (Turner) was seen having a great catch during the game. Other notes from the game. Nest is tall and fast. Poutine had a running start every play he was on offense, must be watching a lot of the Toronto Argonauts. Ann Arbor knows how to count to 5 – 1 thousand. Wet Wipe had a nice catch. Patchouli brought out his old college skills, Sun Devil was feared among everyone.
After Cot – a another game picked up on the grass. Floss is going to be a stud in the future.
