Introduction
Came in hot, no fartsackers! Made surprise hot drinks for the pax for our Ruck. Many pax have children of a young age that wake up early. The very motivated Complex had 11 for today’s Ruck at started at 4:30 instead of the normal 5:15.

The Thang
We set out from The Complex parking lot and rucked to Knoch Knolls park and then through the woods on the return. Pax were prepared with head lights to navigate the terrain in the woods.
Circle of Trust
Merry Ruckmas to all and this CoT was about the men that showed up to ruck at 4:30. F3 is more than just a workout and it shows by the men that showed up this morning. The fellowship is an amazing part of F3 and The Complex is a special place.
