Circle of Trust
YHC noted preference to keep CoTs short / simple: (1) make priorities (2) keep moving
Embellished a bit on both. On Make Priorities, YHC noted “life” has kept me from F3 routine over past months, but somehow I signed up to Q today months ago, which served as needed remind to prioritize the 3Fs provided by F3Naperville. On Keep Moving, YHC told story of attorney for Holy See (the Pope dude) sharing wisdom on how to get through periods of uncertainty, fear, and the like – it’s simple, just keep moving and things work out… it’s only when you stop moving that those things capture you.
Naked Man Moleskin
In sum, I really enjoy the return to the Gloom – particularly on a 27 degree “base layer” day. Really enjoyed seeing new faces at DT, which is great testament to F3Naperville that it keeps growing and sharing what it offers. Also great to reconnect with the ever-present like Shandy, FakeID, Jackie Chiles who were there when YHC came out 2 years ago. Dingo, great to see you as SiteQ.
A bit ironic getting separated on the Mosey, as Q lived up to the title Missing Persons Q.
Note: no matter how much you break it up with stretches and other exercises, a series of 200 Merkins is a solid workout. That Q went right up to 0600, so glad to have mixed in Mary and stretching throughout.
