We will start the workout matched to the movie scene /quote. We will do each exercise about 1 min. If not named properly, we will do a 20 step run/shuffle/ out-n-back in a starfish style pattern. This will keep each HIM from crossing paths and promote continued safe distancing during whole workout.

Humility.
In the last several weeks, our country has been terribly distracted with a presidential election, social justice issues, world wide medical emergency, and the list goes on. This has brought many of us in our country together, but also pushed many of us apart. So much arguing, so much anger, so much blame cast for WHO is right and WHO is wrong. It makes me wonder a simple question, is there something we ALL can focus on that ALL of us benefit from, no matter what side of the fence we are on?
Humility came to mind. I did a quick search and found this quote I liked:
Pride is concerned with WHO is right
Humility is concerned with WHAT is right.
Dear God please give us all time to pause the next time we feel the urge to pick a side, take up a cause, respond in kind to how we are blamed or patronized, or slighted. Let us remember our humility, let us focus on WHAT is right, rather than WHO.
Let us remember that there are many that struggle and that we can be the fortunate ones that may be able to lend a helpful hand.
In your name we pray!
