Introduction

It was a great morning at Dark Tower, with 33 PAX (including 5 FNGs and quite a few 2.0s) on hand to honor the Warrior Wagons charity with a wagon-themed workout and check presentation!

The Thang

We divided into teams, assigned our wagons, and loaded them up for two workouts.

Thang 1:

-All start at the bottom of the short side of the hill with a wagon weighted with coupons.  One PAX begins to work on accumulating reps for the team:

100 burpees

200 merkins

300 big boys

-Rest of the team takes the wagon to the top of the hill and performs 10 reps of a coupon move of their choice.

-Bring the wagon back down the hill, swap out the person at the bottom, and continue repeating until all reps are done.

-The first teams done started the cycle again until the 6 was in.

Thang 2:

We headed over the hill to the bottom of the long side, still in teams with the weighted wagons.

Working as a team, move your wagon up the hill to the first cone.  Do 10 mountain climbers.  Run back to the bottom of the hill (without the wagon) and then back up, moving the wagon to the second cone.  20 squats. Third cone was 30 American hammers. Fourth cone was 40 plank jacks. Then the race was on to the top of the hill.
