Arrived at AO early and tried course and modified plan so we could avoid injuries.

Trick in between suicide increase burpee starting with 1 10 min
Thang 2 the joker
Run course(modified start with monkey bars, moving to net climb, high knees, under and over bars, and finish with 40 yrd dash)
Run to pavilion 15 dips, If you fall penalty 3 blockees rinse and repeat increase 20min

We thank God for giving us the time to wake and come together to get stronger, healthier and spiritually strong. We pray for Half price mother who is still fighting to wake from her coma, we pray for Roach coach’s mother in law to heal and grant a miracle, we pray for Tps reports daughter to be healed and continue prayers for Cupcakes niece, Whams daughter, and for all those who are traveling to reach their destination safely and to come home safely.
