Introduction

Following Iron Pax week 2 workout, PAX did not need or want anything too fancy, we ruck, we mummble, we do (some) PT today!

AND Longstory forgot to do any intro to F3 and went right into tappy tops…awesome.  Someday will get better at this

Meet at shelter.  Pair up.

20 reps merkins

20 reps squats

20 reps steps ups on picnic tables

Take ruck lap with partner around the Complex ring and repeat.

We got in 4 laps before short mary.

15 reps flutter kicks

10 seconds star gaze

OFF SCRIPT.

Told story of something personal that happened with my daughter yesterday.  Lesson I TRIED to convay to PAX is to not beat yourself up too much for things that happen, monitor and react when needed but don’t let it cloud your family life or ruin a long period of time.  LONG STORY short:  we are emotional animals, it is a skill that needs practice to keep emotions in check and stay balanced.
