Sorry for all of those Borne Identity fans, this workout has nothing to do with the movie.

Warm-O-Rama

SSH – 25 in cadence

Shoulder claps IC – 10

Arms behind back and lift up shoulder stretch – 20 seconds

Down dog – 20 seconds

The Thang

Thang 1: BJORN

-Anytime you fail without completion do 5 burpees

Red Barchetta as a group after the 6 finishes each exercise

-Jump rope when waiting for the 6

B – Bent over Rows (100)

J- Jackass merkins (merkin to double leg donkey kick) (30)

J – jump ropes 300

O – Obama’s (4 bear crawl, 4 merkins) from tower to turn around

R – Rockette Dips – perform dips with alternating leg kick (60)

N – Newtons Cradle Last man standing

Only by pushing ourselves beyond our limits can we really learn something new about ourselves.

I designed this workout today to push us past our limits.  I know lately I have been letting my head get the best of me and I often talk myself out of going the extra mile.  The burpee punishment was in place to try to get pax to dig deeper instead of stopping once they became fatigued. I wanted this workout to be a little different than my usual Q’s so I dug pretty far into the exicon to find some different exercises.

Naked Man Moleskin

This workout was a little slower paced than I would have liked it to be but it got the job done.  I always like when I get HC’s from Curds and Afib on jump rope days.  They’re fun to watch.  Afib might still be jumping if we didnt set a time limit on the exercise. 🙂
