Prayer
Dear Lord, thank you for watching over me during this long travel to the north of F³ Naperville. The ability to get up, roll out of bed, the courage to make good decisions that make us better. Thank you for the strength of F³ Naperville, the strength of this brotherhood. Thank you for strong men that surround me here. We pray that we may stay strong through these times of uncertainty and stress. Please help remove the fear and give us guidance and give our leaders vision to get back to the known. We pray for educators who have an extremely tough job right now.  Lord, we pray that you may look over Randy Levine’s wife and 2 yr old son, Benny as they put the pieces bank together without Randy. Please welcome Randy and Big Mike into your loving arms and into your kingdom. We pray for you to comfort Wet Wipe’s MIL as she deals with the loss of her husband. Please Lord listen to the unspoken thoughts and prayers.
In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen

Naked Man Moleskin

It’s great to find F³, it’s great to participate in 2nd F and 3rd F. I’ve definitely benefitted from this F³ brotherhood. As I put together the workout for today and wrote what I was going to talk about, I scrapped it all after reading FIB’s post in 3rd F. It was a link to a post by a PAX down in F³ South Charlotte. Click on the link below. This hit home with me. I lost a friend and business partner last Monday night. I’ve added Randy to the prayers of our CoTs for over a year and you men have been my shield lock for when things get tough. I always think I’m strong enough to handle anything, but what keeps me coming back ITG every day is the strength of the men here and the words of encouragement and heart felt comments and prayers for Randy and his family. Thank you men for lifting me up when things get rough
