Introduction
Today’s PLAN: Lead a group of HIM who woke up extra early to go Running in the gloom. Some guys like to mix it up with various sprints & what not, when they Q a Run Club. Nothing wrong with that –but, YHC prefers the simplicity of an old fashioned out & back run –and not just when Q-ing, but at ANY run club. Because, let’s face it, after a warmup & 6MOM, there’s likely less than 35 minutes to actually RUN.
