Introduction
Almost fartsacked my Virtual VQ! I woke up at 3:00 AM and couldn’t fall back asleep for at least an hour. I finally did about 4 something. I’m pretty sure that the thought of leading my first virtual workout was the reason why. Back to sleep for a bit and then I woke up again without my alarm. What!?! it was 5:00 AM and I checked my phone and it was dead. Brushed my teeth quickly, got dressed, grabbed some water, my computer and my portable charger and hustled to the garage. Backed the car out and it was 5:12 AM. At least this will start on time!

Circle of Trust
Father in Heaven, we thank you for this beautiful morning that you have blessed us with. We thank you for the opportunity that you have given us to exercise with these other men.
We come to you with many things on our minds, scary things.
There are men in our group that are dealing with stress, job loss, and financial loss and all of these things are weighing heavy on their minds. We pray that they look to you for guidance and wisdom. We ask that you ease their minds.
We ask for prayers for all that are battling illnesses.
We pray for all of the first responders, doctors and nurses that are on the front line battling this virus. Keep them healthy and give them the ability to help others.
We ask for all of this in Jesus’ name.
Amen

I’ve led several workouts, but this one was different. It was my first virtual live beatdown. It was on my mind and I woke up around 3 AM and had hard time falling back to sleep. I finally fell asleep and when I woke up it was 5:00 AM. What!?! My phone died and I almost fartsacked! The good news is that I cleaned out the garage and had almost everything ready to go yesterday. That allowed me to quickly get dressed and hustle to the garage to move the car out and logon.
For me, keeping my schedule and working out helps keep a sense of “normalcy” in my life. Seeing your faces on my screen makes that even better. These are tough times men and I have several friends that are dealing with job loss and financial loss. I want to let you know that I’m here to talk to if anyone has anything on their mind. We can chat on the phone, video conference, or communicate over slack if anyone is looking for someone to talk to. Please reach out to me. Reach out to other PAX to see how they are doing. Continue to exercise! It’s a great stress relief and your brothers like to see you too!
