Introduction

Lincoln Games day 3 starts here. You’re probably already a little sore and a little tired, so what’s a little more wear on the body?
Bring coupons and be ready to work through that soreness.

The Thang

Mosey w/coupons to area between all the baseball fields to setup our ‘base’.  F

rom that spot there are four paths that run out in between all the fields, like a big x.

Cones were set up about even with the outfield fences, about 120 meters from our base.

Pax start at base with 5 curls, then run to cone to do 5 reps, then back to base for 5 curls, then to next cone for 5 reps, back to base, etc.  After one complete circuit, increase to 10 curls/reps, then 15, etc.

Exercises at cones:

Front/back lunge = 1 rep,  5/10/15 each leg

Elbow to knee each leg

Bat wings — 5 forward, 5 reverse, 5 seal, 5 overhead

B.O.M.B.S — full cycle = 1 rep

Circle of Trust

There is a lot of noise we have to deal with in our days, so work to try and block it all out and be mindful of yourself.  Focus on breathing, body, nature around you so that you can handle that noise more easily.

Prayers for half-price’s mother-in-law and all the other things we carry on our hearts and minds.  Thankful for the morning and opportunity to work out and encourage each other.

There were a few audible gasps at the direction for motivators x13.  Was seriously considering x15 or x16, but opted against for a little more thang time.  Live in fear for next time gents, live in fear.
