Thang 1
Mirror Image
Mosey’d to the softball field. Instructed the Pax to face me and follow. Kitchen sink of Bobby Hurley’s, side shuffle, plank, Mosey, back peddle for a few minutes. Pax then partnered up and began Thang 2.
Thang 2
Partner #1 farmer carried towards the hill with both coupons while partner 2 did 3 burpees. Partner 2 then ran up to partner 1 to take over. Repeated to the hill.
Thang 3
Partner coupons lined up 10 feet apart. Partner 1 ran up the hill, did 10 walking lunges, ran down the other side, completed 10 jump squats, and finished by running over the hill to take over #2.
#2 did 10 coupon curls, 10 rows, 10 overhead presses, 10 overhead claps, 10 merkins and bear crawled to the other coupon. This repeated until #1 came back.

Mosey’d back to the softball field. lined up did 10 big boys, 10 merkins and sprinted to the other cones. Repeated

Had 5 minutes left did a plank ring of fire aka “George Hood”. Pax yelled out a plank and number of seconds for the hold. Went around the circle until it was time.
