Beautiful morning at The Ridge a blistering 55 degrees, started out bug free until we got to the field.

Start at the bottom of hill do 10 merkins than run over the hill to Ridge Rd do another 10 Merkins and run back over hill.. rinse and repeat.
To Ridge and back = 1mile

Figured I would Q my very first Run Club with the same thang we did for my first Run Club post. The hill was a killer then same as today. We all made it out alive. Congrats men.
