It’s time for some new scenery tomorrow the lions are taking a field trip! Bring your running shoes and be prepared for an uphill battle as we take on some 1/4 mile repeats!!!

(1) Mile Mosey to the Benet Academy Track
The Thang
4 rounds – 30-seconds hand release merks, burpees and air squats followed by a 1/4 sprint around the track. (total 1 mile run)
1 round of merry- 50 Big boy sit ups
1 mile run back to the Irion lion

Topic- enjoying the down time that quarantine has provided us, not have to rush anywhere, spending quality time with family and friends. House Arrest encouraged Pax to find the silver lining during this difficult time by enjoying the down time and living in the moment.
