Introduction
To close out the year YHC thought to bring back the first workout that I attended. Preblast was sent and there were crickets…
Judge Smails was the first HC around 6pm and more followed. Good crew was forming, now off to catch some zzzz’s.
Started the morning moving as quickly as a sloth but showed up just in time to start.

Head to the hill.
The Thang
Got to the hill and it was way too icy. PAX turned around and headed back to the parking lot. Pulled an audible on Thang 2 and made it the only thing.
Thang-Quarter Pounder with Cheese (ladder up and down)
Big parking lot and at each parking row identified by the islands the PAX did the following.
Start-5 Mike Tysons run to 1st island
1st island 10 blockees run back to start-5 Mike Tysons run to 1st island grab coupon and move to 2nd (same transition the rest of the way)
2nd island 20 thrusters
3rd island 30 coupon swings
4th island 40 goblet squats
5th island 50 skull crushers
6th island 60 curls
back to the flags for Mary
