The Only Thang! (Feed My Starving Children – One Quarter at a Time)
We met at the pavilion and explained we would be doing 24 reps of 12 different exercises. Inbetween each 24 rep set, we were to run about .25 mile. There were two running options: 1) Run the short route to Pumpernickel Pole! or 2) Run passed Pumpernickel Pole to the far pole in the parking lot, about .25 mile

Thang 2 “Jingle Bell Rock”
The PAX and 2.0’s CRUSHED the quarter rep campaign above! So much we had time for “Jingle Bell Rock”. We listened to Jingle Bell Rock in plank formation. Each time you hear “Jingle” you do a merkin…then back to plank. 29 merkins it was. Chest and tri’s like rocks now! Give it a shot. Good times.
Circle of Trust
We counted up over 150 Quarters and some PAX gave a few extra bucks that totaled up to $88 from The Complex today. Congrats gentlemen. I shared with the PAX it cost $88 to feed an entire family for 1 YEAR!!!
Today’s event is all about giving. Giving your time, your effort, and if you could, a quarter in your donation to Feed My Starving Children.
Big Tclaps to Toady for organizing this across F3 today. Ya know, he’s a wise HIM amongst us. The PreBlast for today was stalled until about 12pm. Usually PAX see the PreBlast before 8am. This disruptive and confused PAX, maybe made a few somewhat upset.
Remember this gentlemen, we have a PREBLAST. A bleeping PREBLAST. And when that’s taken away we sure got a hell of a lot more. Some people…like those we donated to at FMSC today…don’t even really have food.
