This tournament started with 16 “Bad Dudes”, today only one would survive and advance and it would be up to 8 PAX to decide this fate for 60 minutes of getting BIGGER, BETTER, STRONGER, FASTER, and BADDER!

Thang #1 Cone Collector (AMRAP – How many cones can you collect AKA Pass in 25ish minutes)
- Cone 1 (w/Coupon)
- 20 Curls
- 20 OH Press
- 20 Reverse Curls – Skull Crushers
- 20 Chest Press
- 20 Antonio Browns
- 20 Lawnmowers
- Run 50 Yards+ to next cone
- Cone 2 (Bodyweight)
- 10 Pullups at bridge
- Run 50 Yards+ to next cone
- Cone 3 (Bodyweight)
- 10 Hand-Release Merkins
- Run 50 Yards+ back to first cone, repeat for time

Thang #3 “One”
- “One” by Metallica is 7:24 seconds long, this exercise is about doing “One” exercise for that entire time for an AMRAP and burning your SH*T “One’ rep at a time.
- I asked PAX to pick one number between 1-10. FIB picked 6.
- PAX would do 6 burpees run back n forth to a cone about 20 yards then repeat 6 burpees.
- AMRAP for burpees in 7:24 seconds
