Introduction

This workout is going to suck because it is going to be exclusively exercises that sucked for me when I first started out.

Warm-O-Rama

The Thang

Indian Run to the BRidge.  Once we got to to the BRidge we did partner burpees to 100.  When your form started to break, go ahead and cool down with a bear crawl across the bridge.  Mosey to the Hill and we did a couple of my favorite exercises (learn to fly ftw).  Once we got to the Ridge, it was time to crust its spirit by not letting it crush ours.  The first time up we did some oh yeas up on top of the hill.  The second time up we ran faster and did oh yeas.  We ended with an up an over to let the hill know that it did not win today. Ended with some Broga.

August 29 – 1st Workout

September – I celebrate my 4th wedding anniversary with my wife and new born son.

I have lived in Plainfield for 2 years

I turn 33 years old

My doctor tells me that I put on 20 lbs since last year and I should start watching my weight.

I go to my first convergence and see how massive F3 Naperville is

October –

November – I run a turkey trott 5k and I walk portions because I am still so out of shape

December – I go to the Christmas Party

I ruck for the first time

January – I began a weight loss journey where I lost 60 Lbs

February – still working out and dieting. No booze , no carbs, intermittent fasting

March – I am asked to become a site q

I was furloughed for an extended period at work.

We launch B3

April – i have launched a pop up restaurant in my garage

We hold our first beer ruck

May – Lincoln Games , my son turns 1 years old.

June – we began discussing launching a new region

July – we launched the new region

August – hit one year anniversary

Naked Man Moleskin

During these workouts, every exercise, every path, every grassy opening, and every hill has a spirit.  The spirit of that difficult task is trying to break your spirit.  It is trying to make you tired and it is trying to get you to put your  hands on your knees or give up.  Once you learn how to crush the spirit of the hill, you can master it and accelerate!
