Introduction
A little dark at the Mammoth at 5 am but nothing these HIM can’t handle. This is not a q that allows any 10-counts for recovery. My goal was to make sure everyone sweat, burned calories and got just a little bit better.
Celebrating the 4th maniversary for Half Price and myself along with my 50th q.

At the pavilion by the lake – 1 mile lap with reps every 2 minutes.
Overhead claps – 50 IC
Merkins – 50 on my down
Squats – 50 on my down
Mountain climbers – 50 IC
Head to hill in group
Thang 2
Modifed DORA w/ partner
Partner 1 starts reps while partner 2 runs up hill touches bench and heads back to switch
Shoulder taps (each arm 1/2) – 100
No surrenders – 50
Big boys – 50
Lunges – 50
Head back to flags for 6 MoM
Coupon V-ups (whatever they’re called) – 10
Ring of fire – holding coupon over head while each PAX took turns doing 5 overhead presses
Circle of Trust
This has been a tough year for YHC and my family. As a result, I stepped away from f3, only posting a handful of times over the previous 5 months. I have been angry, short-fused, apathetic … really I’ve been feeling and acting very much unlike my typical self and I wanted to change that. I started back ITG last week with 4 posts and this post marked my 4th for this week with more to come. I needed the fellowship. I needed the exercise. I needed the support. I needed f3.
I’m so appreciative to have been introduced to f3 and grateful for all it has given back to me over these 4 years.
