Well it’s an AOVQ for YHC.

We started at the 50 yard line and performed the exercises below. Upon completing the exercise, we moseyed to one end zone and repeated except we added another 10 repetitions to it then rinse and repeated.

It’s been a while – guess I fell off the train some time last fall and getting back on is a little bit of a challenge.
With all the goings on in the world and the nation – COVID, school, business etc getting affected, it’s been easy to get sucked into the news and social media.
The negative news became sort of a staple floating through our minds, my mind.
But I am reminded that we are not to set our minds just on anything but on these 8 things in the following verse. In fact, some translations indicated that we are to let “our minds” dwell on these things.
And communities and things like F3 just reminds us that we are here for others – to be better sons, husbands, fathers, brothers.
