Introduction

The morning rain held out for us.  The temperature was perfect to get the heart pumping and the PAX moving for a 9/11 Remembrance Ruck.

THANG 1 – 3:1 ruffle (from flags, 3:1 ruffle to next location)

THANG 2 – 9/11 Remembrance PT (9 exercises for 11 reps)

Circle of Trust

Over time we begin to forget.  9/11 happened over 20 years ago and their are younger American’s who will never know the feeling we all felt to watch the Twin Towers collapse.  History is something we can not change but we can learn from it.  Our nation needs to come together more than ever.  On 9/12 our country stood tall together and the support was great.  With time, that feeling has faded away.  We need to remember those that lost their lives and those that risked their lives for others.  Today we did a tougher Ruck club to experience just 45 minutes of discomfort.  This will never compare to the long days our first responders had to endore and the grief of the families who lost a loved one.  Never forget and work to bring this country back together.
