Introduction
Good to be back on Q after 1.5 months and lack of consistency posting.
Looked forward to bringing back some thangs that seem to have been forgotten in time and with new faces. Particularly “absolution” which Roach Coach introduced to me a couple of years ago, while the name sometimes escapes me the pain of it does not.
Unseasonably warm morning, roughly 10 pax out for some kind of EC.
Real solid crew HC’d, a couple new faces but mostly guys I’ve spent a good time in the gloom with. Always feel a little pressure to deliver a beatdown, which is good.

Partner up with a coupon
-Side shuffle passing the coupon back and forth to 4 stops on the path around the hill
Each stop 10 hand release burpees were completed
=Back to start and circled up for absolution 12x IC
-Baby carry coupon to 4 stops on the path around the hill
Each stop 10 prisoner squats with coupon were completed
=Back to start and circled up for absolution 14x IC
-Coupon carry any which way to 4 stops on the path around the hill
Each stop 10 hand release burpee with coupon jump overs were completed
(Mixed in some SSH IC as we waited for the 6 at each stop)
=Back to start and circled up for absolution IC
(We did 10 IC, then another 5 or so IC…something like that as I was getting winded)

Circle of Trust
Think of the rote routines and habits we have and do each day. We become frustrated with employees and kids for the common response when questioning an action with “that’s how I’ve always done it”. What do you always do that can be evaluated and asked why?

Real solid crew, some chatter, but not much complaining from what I heard.
Fun to bring back “absolution” as I haven’t seen anyone do it in quite a long time, but maybe you’ll see it soon with this refresher.
Serena jumped the gun, thinking we’d be done at 12 on the second time around of absolution, had to pull that slacker back down for 2 more. Fun to disrupt pax with counts and what they expect.
