Introduction

16 PAX showed up and partied their brains out!!!

In an homage to the glorious movie that is Animal house we partied with the Deltas and the Omegas.

We alternated between beer and whiskey all morning and left the parties wobbly and confused.

Warm-O-Rama

Warm ups? You mean pregame…..

We started our pyramid right away, the low reps served as our pregame.

The Thang

We did a pyramid all morning, worked up in numbers and then back down.

Once you finished your reps at the Delta House, you crossed over to the Omega House where you did squats until the 6 came to the party. Once everyone was at the Omega House we went back to the Delta House and started a new pyramid level.

We started the base of our pyramid with the Beer group (Side lunges, Curb jumps, and drunk Superman’s) then alternated to the Whiskey group (Single leg elevated lunge/Squat, Get ups from coupon, single leg mule kicks)

Our sets went:

6/10/16/20/26/30/36

–30 second rest–

36/30/26/20/16/10/6

We closed out our party with 1 minute of squats

Circle of Trust

COT – was a reminder of events coming up this week. The battle with Louisville, Ruck wars etc etc.

The message was just a reminder to breath. When things start escalating take a minute and breath. Find clarity and peace in the moment. The value of that minute of clarity can have a positive affect on everything. Simple but applicable to all aspects of life.

Naked Man Moleskin

I (The Cornbread) don’t wear my  iWatch very often, so I don’t know all the tricks it can do. This morning I learned that if a certain combination of buttons and the screen are pressed you can call 911. This can happen even unintentionally. With that being said, I got to speak to a very nice 911 operator this morning and explain the situation. She laughed and I wished her a good day.
