Circle of Trust

We are in difficult times. Our daily lives have been disrupted, and even though working from home may be the dream in theory, for me, it’s been quite a challenge. A systems theory called the “Order in Chaos” theory dictates that while a system might be chaotic, this chaos is still determined in some organized manner. Our daily lives (pre-pandemic) may have been chaotic and busy, but this chaos had a way of focusing me to stay on task and adhere to a “normal” schedule. This chaos does not exist in my life at the moment, and while I am thankful that I am no longer on the frontlines of this crisis, I find myself not being able to motivate myself as I should. Of course this will pass, but in the meantime I challenge myself daily to actually post and to get the work I know I need to get done. I am trying to make myself more adaptable, and this is a good exercise to get there. In the meantime, don’t forget to reach out to those who might be struggling (or not) and to be kind to those we are around every single day.

This is my first-led virtual Q. One nice thing about this was being to see each PAX member exercise and give them encouragement live.
