Pre-blast dark tower 5:15 am Bootcamp Q combo 3/9/23
What do you get when you combine a @Whopper Jr. and a Bronco? The Rodeo king ..? Yes but that’s not what I’m talking about, or maybe I am. I don’t know. All I know is that if you show up at 5:15 at the dark tower you get a 2-for-1 Q special of total body beat down. You can’t have it your way but you can modify it, and you will be satisfied.
Will there be running? I hope not, but be ready anyway.

merkin block (cycle 2), I set 3 cones on the hill, bear crawl to each cone, 5 standard merkins at cone 1, 5 narrow at cone 2, 5 wide at cone 3, then bear crawl back down to repeat. Once back at the bottom, 5 offset merkins with the coupon (both sides = 1 rep). Rinse and Repeat one more time, hold the s quat for 6.

Circle of Trust
Bronco and I discussed the importance of Co-Q. All day yesterday we were messaging back and forth discussing the beatdown, and while 2nd-F is often thought of as in person, there was a lot of fellowship in planning this workout. Challenged PAX to try a Co-Q as well. Prayers for the Tennessee PAX who’s daughter just came out as transgender, as well as for Overthrow, Hotbox, and Svengoolie’s grandmother.

This was my first time Co-Q, AAR revealed that my cadence was too fast. I get too caught up in the beatdown sometimes. Otherwise energy was good and everyone left tired.
