Introduction

Tomorrow marks the end of the time our brother Tiny Bubbles will be in Naperville, as he has been called to lead another flock in Minnesota. As a way to send him off and remember the Bible Beatdowns he led over the last couple years, there are 4 opportunities for a Bible Beatdown tomorrow! Could there be a better way to celebrate the beginning of Lent? I think not! The biblical topic will be friendship, so grab your coupon, :hardcommit: in the :thread:, and call out a friend to join you. (edited)

YHC arrived at the lot – and did a quick look at the workout, which was written by Tiny Bubbles, and coordinated by Snart to make sure it was understood.

5:15 rolled around, core principles were shared, disclaimer was given, and off we went.

PAX2: skull crushers

Two rounds were completed, PAX did SSH until the 6 was in each time.

Thang3: Base chase

Circle of Trust

Prov 17:17

A friend is always loyal, and a brother is born to help in time of need.

This workout was a bit different, there was not much competition, instead we all worked together the whole time.

PAX were reminded of the brotherhood they have within F3, a bunch of men who are willing to help. It showed with 2700 given in 24 hours to buy supplies for Snowden, who would then send them to relief efforts in Ukraine.

Don’t forget that we all need help at times, and don’t be afraid to reach out to fellow PAX for help.

Prayers were shared, especially for Tiny Bubbles as he moves on from Naperville to the next chapter of his life.

Naked Man Moleskin

Humbled to Q this workout. Tiny Bubbles has been an inspiration to me, in the way he carries himself, the gentleness of his spirit and the conviction in his ministry to bring it to the workouts in F3.

At the same time, leading this workout also highlights my own lack of close relationships, and feeling the need to really find a way to invest in 2nd F activities, not just as an OYO thing, but also as a family. We are very isolated, and the complications of the last couple years have not helped. Proverbs 17:17 rings true – and it is something I need, not just for myself but for my family as well.
