Coupon Mosey to path in middle of soccer fields. 5 minutes of curls. Cusak south across to path on edge of park. Run a loop. Then do 10 ascending NEMOS. Then cusak back across. Run the loop. Then do 20 Crusty BBJ’s. Then cusak across. That was time.
