Introduction
We are going to take a little field trip tomorrow. Join YHC as we push ourselves to the brink at Springbrook Prairie Path. Park in the “model aircraft lot” off Plainfield-Naperville Rd. SYITG
Warm-O-Rama
Lap around the airfield. Runners lunge stretch + Tappy Taps
The Thang
— Indian Run for approximately 1.75 miles.
— Turn around and run OYO for about .75 miles. When I yell jailbreak, we go all out until I say stop.
— Back into our Indian Run formation and run the 1 mile back to the flag
— Head to bottom of the hill by the tunnel. OYO run up the hill and around the airfield loop back down. Every other lap, do a Bernie Sanders up to the top of the hill.
— With 10 minutes remaining, we did sprints to the top of the hill

Not quite the insane BDRC as Ball Boys’s q at Springbrook last November but dang close. And props to Down Under for showing out at his first BD. Dude can run!
