Introduction

Pre-Blast Black Panther 1-12-22@ 5:15am

 

Let’s Start Wednesday with a good old fashioned whole body workout.  We will stay on pavement and stay away from the ice.  Bring your Coupons and your Heart to get better.  we will also be doing be doing body weight excercises.  Lets do this and HC below.  Or if not, make sure to HC someplace tomorrow.

Warm-O-Rama

Started with

20 Side S Hops

10 Good mornings

10 Abe Bagotas

15 Imperial Walkers

10 Arm Circles each direction

The Thang

I set up 3 Lights about 25 yards apart.  Each station had 3 Exercises at them which the pax did 3 rounds of each.

 

1st round.

25 Curls, 20 squats and then 10 Merkins ( this was repeated 3 times)

2nd Round

25 Chest press, 20 lunges, and then 10 big boys x3

 

3rd Round

25 Shoulder Press, 20 Mountain climbers, 10 Carolina Drydocks x3

Finished and then did each station all at once and moved on to next one to finish all 3.

 

had some extra time, so we did 5 merkins at each light and repeated until 550am

 

did Abs for Mary, LBC, flutter kicks, American Hammers and Merkin Ring of fire.

 

Circle of Trust

Talked about the Book Chase the Lion.

 

it is a story about Benaiah and the day he chased down a lion and killed it.

We should have dreams that big and so big that without God, they seem impossible.

 

Stop Living as if the purpose of life was to simply arrive safely at death.  Our Dreams should scare us.

 

Just Dont dream small, dream big and go for it.

Naked Man Moleskin

My workout was a little short so I did have to add somethings to the workout.  Wish it was smoother.  Also we have a lot of ice in our parking lot, so limited on what we can do to stay safe.

 

Group was really good today.  they pushed themselves really hard.  good mumblechatter as well.
