Introduction

Sitting around the house late Sunday afternoon after a busy morning/early afternoon thinking about what I planned to do Monday morning. I wanted to go back to some of the originals. BOMBS and BLIMPS always come to mind. However, I wanted to do it a little differently. Let’s add in some different types of movement and use different parts of the AO.

When I woke up it was 73 degrees, ugh, humidity and bugs. Man I miss winter. I picked up Blowfish and headed to the A) to set things up. Cones were placed throughout the AO and I marked some exercises in chalk.

Warm-O-Rama

  1. Tappy Taps x 10
  2. Goof Balls x 15

  4. Side Straddle Hops x 25

The Thang

Thang 1:

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

5 Burpees

Bear Crawl 50 meters

Lunge Walk 50 meters

5 Overhead Claps

Run to back side of hill

5 Merkins

Run over hill

5 Big Boy Sit-ups

Run to pavillion

5 Squats with coupon

Run to start, rinse and repeat. The entire course is about 1/3 of a mile.

Thank you for this beautiful morning. Thank you for the Saharan dust that has given us beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Thank you for these amazing men around us that drive us to do better.
