Introduction
I recently did a work out with a lot of crawl bears (backwards bear crawl) and sideways bear crawl. I hated it and I got super smoked. So, I figure unleash it on some unsuspecting PAX on a Saturday morning see how they handle. Nothing like weird bear crawls at 5:15 AM

We didn’t make it to the squats but it was good.
Nala did some crazy hand clap merkins at the end so some still had a bunch of energy.
