Introduction

Warmer-ish. Fun to get back to BP. Brought some new thangs to the table via exicon and the old gerbel. Here we go!

Warm-O-Rama

The Thang

Thang 1:

1st and 10: 100 yards marked at 10 yard increments. Perform 10 Merkins, 1 Burpee (11’s) at the 10, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog back to the 20. Perform 9 Merkins, 2 Burpees, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed.Curl until remaining PAX complete.

 

Thang 2:

Forever Bear Crawl: Take the ball you brought, chuck it as far as you can. Now – bear crawl to it. Jog Back. Chuck it again (see if you can really push yourself now that you know how hard it can be). repeat total 3x.

 

Thang 3:

Donkey Kickoff: While planking near a wall with your feet facing the wall, kick both feet up on wall above your body. Do 5, but on 5th hold for 5 seconds. Then do 10, hold 10th for 10 seconds. See if you can make it to 30 and 30 seconds.

Naked Man Moleskin

Today was about pushing yourself – even when you had to CHOOSE to do it and you knew how hard it was. That’s what the ball exercise was about – did you throw it shorter? Or did you choose to throw it farther? We all have situations where we must choose to push ourselves. Not because it gets us closer to the finish, or faster to the finish, But it’s the process of pushing that really makes us.
