Glad to have awesome weather. Loved pulling in at 5am to see Dilly finishing up a 2 mile EC (why didn’t he invite me?). Checked out the swings and grass to make sure all was clear for what I had in store. Cool to see so many BP oldies (Zima, Flo, Halfprice, Lewinksy, Toasted Coconut, Trickle, Handy Manny). 17 HC’s is a decent start to a Wednesday.

First partner to get to wall wall sit. P2 does 15 swing Merkins, switch. 10 minutes.
Jog to hill. First partner starts burpees at bottom. P2 runs to top, 10 Burpees. Switch. 10 minutes.

Dealing with Anger recently. It’s easy to be mad at someone. But here’s a quote I found that talks about being angry at someone:
Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.
Stop and think about WHY you’re angry. Jesus himself got angry, but it was because tax collectors had taken up residence in the Temple Court – and that was the only place Gentiles could worship.
So if you find yourself angry today, stop, think about WHY, and that’ll help ensure you’re getting angry for the right reasons, and how to best blow it off.
