Being fit over 40 puts you in the top 1% of our US pop. Everyone in our group is fit.
Some people are 40 but feel 25. Some people are 25 but feel 40. The choice is up to you.
YHC feels bad for those people that think turning 40 is old. YHC is 45 and I feel like I’m just getting started.
Your age should not dictate your level of fitness. Only you should be able to dictate that . It is your decision.
Do it for your kids. Do it for your M. Do it for yourself.

Everyone liked the leg extensions with the sandbag. I stole it from a Wine in a Box backblast. But it works well on a picnic table so your legs can’t touch the ground.
This was a harder workout. No one complained or huffed and puffed. Everyone just showed up and worked.
It was a great morning.
