We mosey and make our way to the field. My original plan was to do murder bunnies the length of the track around the field. The conditions didn’t allow for it, so we went into the filed.
The Thang
The thang is simple. We will do murder bunnies the length of the field with stops in between. It’s dark and I can’t really see the yard lines so I guestimate.
We start at the 50 yard line.
OHP-20 on my up. Then murder bunnie ~15 yards forward and repeat.
We make it to the goal line. Ohh will you look at the time we got here fast.
The next exercise is REPEAT the same thing back to the 50 yard line. Lesss go.
PAX are grinding along the muddy field with our coupons blazing. We make it to the 50 yard line!
The next exercise is the Squat-20 on my down then murder bunnie ~15 yard and repeat. All the way to the opposite goal line.
Everyone makes it to the goal line. I think damn I’m kinda tired and we need to make it back to the 50 yard line lol enough of my thoughts.
The next exercise is Curls-20 on my up then murder bunnie ~15 yards and repeat until the 50 yard line.
We do a number of lunges and gorilla walks and before you know it it’s 5:55. Let’s head to the flags.
Mary. Circle up!
Hold Low Plank, while in low plant you will shift on my command either left or right.
We make it about 3/4 of the circle and 6 o’clock hits.

I had a childhood friend pass away this weekend, very unfortunate and sad. He shared a post on Facebook a few days before his passing and it said.
If you worry about the past you can’t focus on the future. Let yourself live freely and peacefully. Let us not pray to be sheltered from dangers but to be fearless when facing them. I want to remind you men here today to not doubt yourself in hard times . Use that fear to fuel you and keep you alert. Trust yourself in situations you will find a solution. Seek help from your brothers here beside you , you are not alone.

Shout out to the crew today you know who you are. Way to stick with it and you guessed it! The MB’s lol believe me I was tired of saying murder bunnies but it had to be done. I like this AO it changes it up for me and we hope to invigorate as much as we can.
