Introduction
It’s been a year since I first showed up at “the lion.” How perfect would it be just to repeat the Q Wine in a Box delivered that day. We also had MiaHamm on tap as my site Q. Let’s have some fun men!

Arm circles forward in cadence to 10
Arm circles backwards in cadence to 10
Air squats on my down up to 10
Mosey with coupons over to the high school parking lot!
The Thang
THANG 1 (Catch your partner DORA)
Round 1= lunges with the coupon to the cone, partner runs the loop and switches once they catch their partner
Round 2= Walking shoulder press with coupon to the cone, partner runs the loop and switches once they catch their partner
Round 3= walking squats with the coupon to the cone, partner runs the loop and switches once they catch their partner
Round 4= Curles with coupon to the cone, partner runs the loop and switches ones they catch their partner
Round 5= Penny pincher farmer’s carry, heel to toe to the cone; partner runs the loop and switches when they catch their partner
THANG 2 (Group up in 4’s for a circuit exercise set)
Group member 1 = run with a sandbag around the cone, this person sets the timing for the group
Group member 2= Big boys until timer gets back
Group member 3= holding plank until timer gets back
Group member 4= “burp ups” on the field goal post until timer gets back (standard was 2 to 3)
Circuit completed once all 4 spots were performed by the PAX.
THANG 3 (Mosey over to the octagon and get in original pairs for partners)
Partner 1, heels on the stage to do 10 derkins/Carolina dry docks
Partner 2, 5 broad jumps up the hill to focus on explosion, switch when done
Mosey back to the flags with coupons for MARY, hold plank for the 6.
MARY = American hammers until 6, roughly a minute long

Circle of Trust
I’ve never seen a CoT started with a theme song so I thought I would try that. I played “Beautiful Mistakes” by Maroon 5. I don’t know, I just like this song and has a good ring. It reminds me of how I started F3. The “Mistake” was asking my neighbor ChainLink about the cinder block in his car. What made this “beautiful” is it brought me to F3, where I met all of you! My M kept saying you need something outside of work and the family, get out there and do SOMETHING!
Maybe we all are where we are, becuase that is where we are supposed to be! Think about your day, your work life, the people you interact with. Help someone make a beautiful mistake today, and it doesn’t necessarily mean bring someone to F3. Help someone do something they maybe never thought they could do, doesn’t matter what it is. I’ll leave you all with that, and thanks for coming out.
