Introduction
Aladdin put it out there that The Mammoth was in need of a Q for the Christmas Eve Run Club. He wanted someone who may not have a bunch of experience in leading or someone new to the AO. I waited a couple days to see if anyone would take it. After seeing it was still open on Thursday, I grabbed it.

The Thang
After warm ups, the runners and ruckers went out on the loop Aladdin posted in the pre-blast. The route was mainly on the streets by the High School and not too shabby for the weather system that came in earlier in the week. 4 of us ran, 4 of us rucked. I instructed the runners to buddy up and stay with each other for safety reasons. Everyone met back at the flags at 7:29 to wrap things up.

Alaadin gave announcements, we did Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama and prayers were said for Handy Manny and Hot Box and for everyone else in our hearts and minds.

Thanks to the 7 PAX today for coming to The Mammoth and supporting me and each other on Christmas Eve!
It was a troubling day yesterday for me at work with my route truck breaking down while on my way to the route. My truck would not accelerate due to a frozen line somewhere. I was a little nervous at first because of where I broke down. There was really nowhere I could go to get out of the elements while I waited for either my boss or a tow truck to come. Fortunately my truck would still run and I could get heat in the cab while I waited. This is when I decided to put out the Pre-blast for today’s workout. I did mentioned I was broken down and to my surprise I had a couple of PAX offer any assistance if I needed it. Thanks to 1Bar and Aladdin for reaching out to see if I needed anything. This is what F3 is all about in my opinion. Yes it is about the 1st F – Fitness but more importantly the 2nd F – Fellowship and the 3rd F – Faith that really matters. 2 PAX that didn’t hesitate to offer assistance to another F3 Brother in time of potential need meant the world to me! This group does amazing things throughout the year in so many ways and I am extremely grateful to be a part of it!
