Prayed for all those with COVID.
Been a rough week. Started with issues at work on Monday. On Tuesday my stepmom called to say she was divorcing my dad and Christmas dinner with them is cancelled. On Wednesday we found out that our friends that we go with to Christmas eve mass and a drink afterward have Covid.
The family issues have caused a lot of drama. My brother and stepmom have really gone after each other. Not sure that relationship will ever be repaired if my dad and step mom work things out. Not sure if I had real message today except to say thanks to the F3 PAX for being there for me. My brother doesn’t have anything like this group to lean on. Maybe my message is that in the 2+ years in F3 I’ve become a better leader and approach problems with a lot more calm and patience than the me of 3 years ago. I think it was Radio who chimed in and said something similar about approaching problems with understanding.
The good news is that we were able to help the church by having our son alter serve tonight. And our friend and her son that had to turnaround on their way to family XMas in MI will be able to join us for Christmas dinner.

Was a little worried about numbers today. Eddie and I talked about a Launchpad DT meetup. Was happy to see Radio HC and then Twilight and Glenn. Turned into a nice group and was glad the four of us stuck together for the workout…I’m sure Twilight and Glenn could have easily left Radio and me behind!
