This is day five of 75 Hard for me, I shared the signs that I was receiving before I started. I heard a saying weeks ago, ‘How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time”
I got used to always being in front of run clubs or boot camps, right before Christmas I was at a La Luz workout and I could NOT catch Zumiez. I was like wtf is he on man?! I stopped looking at him in front of me and looked down at the squares of the sidewalk, I said to myself, “I Just need to pass each square faster each time” next thing I knew I was about 50% closer to Zumiez then before I looked down.
I’m not thinking about the 75th day, or the 30th, I’m thinking about the 5th day, about how I need to complete today only.
I realize I cannot worry about the end of 2022, what this year will bring, hell what next week will bring, I can only focus on today and the tasks I need to complete, in every facet of my life.
I urge all of you to take all things in life one day at a time, we cannot control anything outside of the moment we are living in.

Naked Man Moleskin
My close friend Moth Man was supposed to Q today but is recovering from illness. Instead of finding someone else I wanted to lead, I did not expect the temp to be this low.
I woke up and checked the weather and said, “Damn, feels like -21? its Cold.”
Shoutout to Blinky as usual putting in work with an EC, I heard him out of breath a few times and that made me happy, I’m always concerned that my BC are too soft, when I see a beast like Blinky struggling, it makes me feel better lol
Algorithm and Start Up pushed hard the entire time, I look forward to seeing StartUp every day like he promised, Algorithm and Zumiez on the way to 200 posts this year and I look forward to being there to complete it with them.
SunDevil taking over Fridays is going to be awesome, he is a natural leader and I know he can keep any Q in check. OneBar came in a put in work when it was easier to stay in bed.
