Introduction
Tomorrow is the 1 Year Anniversary for the Bear. I encourage all to visit the Bear, but if you can’t be there, then join YHC for a Friday Run Club. We’ll be doing an out and back run to Danada Forest Preserve.

Run from The Launchpad to the south entrance of the Danada Forest Preserve(about a mile) and then stay right on the path for as far as you can go in 20 minutes. We ran as a group for a total of 4.5 miles.

Great mumblechatter with At At and Doback this morning. We were able to carry a discussion the entire way and still break a 9 minute/mile pace. We all felt a little beat up from this week’s workouts, so this was a nice recovery run.
