Cold. Check. Snow. Check. Is it still Winter? Yes. Then what did you expect? Saddle up. Leave your coupons at home and come to Iron Lion for an early morning serving of heat.
The Scene: Snow. Mounds and mounds of it. But the streets were clean so everyone made it with little incident. It was cold but I had a beatdown planned that would quickly heat this place up.

I warned the PAX that when I first wrote this I was in a frustrated mess of a place. Goldberg said go for it anyways. So I did.
I often feel muzzled or in the minority with the viewpoints I share about the world. During this pandemic it has risen to the surface and boiled over. Conspiracy theories, lack of common sense, lack of common decency and the general desire for others to be right all the time has left me wondering why do I bother? How do you find common ground when the fundamentals of right and wrong are questioned? How do you meet in the middle when the middle is perceived as too far? I just don’t know anymore.
God, grant us the Serenity to accept the things we cannot change,
The Courage to change the things we can
And the Wisdom to know the difference.
