Thank you all for coming out to the workout and celebrating my 40th birthday. The jumper I’m wearing today has some history for me. I bought it when I was back in college somewhat 20 years ago. I remember that I gave a silly promise to myself to wear it when I’ll celebrate my 40th birthday. The promise wasn’t important but the realization that somehow 20 years flew by was significant. On my birthday this year, I gained more wisdom of time appreciation. I finally understood that I can’t replace or buy back the time I wasted on meaningless activities. That is why I’m so grateful for the opportunity to be here, with F3 HIMS, who always support, encourage, lift my mood, and even give me motivational kudos on Strava! I’m happy that I could celebrate my birthday here, outside, in cold, and not being a professional trainer, I led you guys today during a workout. This is a meaningful time that I spent here and I know that I will never regret it! (Maybe some burpees)…

We missed our SQ so Moonlight help with it. The morning was cold but after 40 burpees we were just fine. My math wasn’t great this morning so we did some extra Chest Presses and Squats.
