We’ll stay on the pavement while we try some new thangs and some old favorites. Bring your coupon, shoes for pavement and dress appropriately. We’re going start the weekend out right!

Arrived just after 5:00. Parking lot was ice free, it was cold but not much wind. No setup was necessary. PAX began to arrive around between 5:05-5:10.

Repeat 425’s, replacing the 10 second squat hold with 10 murder bunnies between sets.

Repeat Jack Webb – replace overhead claps with plank jacks; We made it to 9 merkins and 36 plank jacks.

No time for Mary.

Circle of Trust

It’s the new year! Over the past few weeks we’ve been reflecting on what we accomplished in 2021 and what we did not accomplish. As we look to 2022, when setting goals, don’t set too many goals and break the goals we do set into smaller pieces to help keep the momentum and increase the chances that we accomplish them in 2022.

Naked Man Moleskin

Thanks to Daisy for having the 6 and to all the PAX that came out early on this frigid Saturday in early January.

For the first several months that the EIL was an option, I rarely posted. I came out weekly for the RC at 6:30, but Saturday was my day to sleep an extra hour and I wasn’t going to get up for a 5:15 BC. As the Fall came and my 2.0’s started sports, I couldn’t make the run club any more so I started trying to get out to EIL a few times. I’m now posting a couple times a month at EIL and this will likely increase over the next two months thanks to 8 AM basketball games for my youngest 2.0. There’s about 5 PAX that post regularly who make it easy to get up to post early on Saturday. Thanks to the PAX for posting this morning and making it enjoyable to get out early. And, if you haven’t posted at the EIL, I encourage you to give it try.
