Introduction
@SpiritFingers was healing from a tooth surgery and he needed rest. He encouraged me to Q his Q at Dark Tower on Friday and I could not waste an opportunity of leading another BC and of course I said “YES”. This is my first time leading a Q at Dark Tower.
F3 Principles:
Free of Charge
Open to All Men
Held Outdoors, Rain, Shine, Sun, and Cold
Led by Men who participate in a workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
Ends with Circle of Trust
I asked all PAX who choose to HC to chose a song of their liking to play throughout the 45 min BC.
Warm-O-Rama
Warm-O-Rama began with “Rock This Town” by Straycats and other songs PAX choose
Butt Kicks
Side Lunges

Ran around Sled Hill Circle with all 12 PAX
Once back to the flags, we farmer carry the coupons and jump robes to the Riverwalk Cafe and stay there.
20 Bent over rows
15 Balance coupon with one feet up/ switch feet
Plank for 1 minute
Mary-
Toss the ball around to all the PAX and they had to do five sit ups and other workout they like.
Run Sled Hill Circle for 2nd time
Dora
Use jump rope – do burpees, side straddle hoops, run around the Riverwalk café (some ran towards the bridge),
Grab coupons, return to the flags
Grab baseball ball then pass it over to all the PAX and they had to do lunges until we hit 6am

Name-O-Rama
I ask all PAX together and hug it out like before.
I spoke about 2022 was an amazing year and also a year of death due to my grandfather passing away from Covid-19 complications, and my friend who I met in college who died of suicide in July. Now 2023 began with life because according to my sister, I am going to be an uncle in 2023, gender unknown at the moment.
I said the following quote by Chief Seattle
“All Things are connected. Whatever befalls the earth, befalls the children of the earth.”
I asked all PAX to take care of our planet by doing all they can and make it better for their children and their children , children. I also asked them to hold their political officials accountable (local, state, national) when they do not follow their promises of caring for the environment and the earth.
Prayers for ALL PAX going throughout a rough time and to remind all PAX that F3 is not only a workout group, it is also a brotherhood.

I enjoy being part of F3 because not only the workout, but also the Fellowship. I would like to get to know more PAXs I workout with and I know its take time. I hope to make life long friends from F3.
