WoR was a mosey to the hill where we’d run both loops together. After it was off to the races.
The Thang
The first loop (left) we’ll run counter clockwise and the second loop (right) we’ll run clockwise. It’s a mile loop with 50ish feet of elevation. Five laps = 250 ft of elevation practice

I shared with the PAX how my favorite RE instructor blessed me with this quote Friday morning.
As I digested it and broke it down some more I asked myself, “In what areas of my life do I need to learn the “rules” more. Not necessarily to play better than anyone else rather to play better than I have.”
I challenged them to evaluate the areas of their life and ask themselves the same question.
Prayers for Pink Eye’s Dad, Sulley’s Mom, Harbaugh’s MIL, Snowden’s neighbor (home burned down) and a TON of other PAX.
