Ok . . time for the 4th labor of Hercules.
These are getting harder and harder to adapt to a Q. I mean . . . how the F do you adapt shooting poisoned arrows at centaurs?!?!?!
Whatever . . . Ill make it work. So lets go capture a killer boar and carry it back

The Thang
Ruck just over a mile to capture the “boars” which were sandbags. Partnering up and taking turns carrying the sandbag, we ascended the hill (each PAX had to carry the sandbag up and down the hill) to consult with Chiron before finishing our trek and bringing the “boars” back.

We are the leaders of our households, our families, our jobs, and coaches to our childrens sporting teams. There is a lot riding on our shoulders each and every day. But if you dont take the time to do “preventative maintenance” on yourself, then that engine will break down. There is only so much water you can pour out of a jug before its empty . . . so make sure you keep finding what refills your jug. Because a lot of other people are counting on you being at your best.

Pretty basic today . . . it was great seeing and talking to guys this morning as we rucked. I had guys change things up bit halfway through so ppl could connect and talk with other PAX. I had great conversations with Cousin Eddie and Blueprints.
A good start to the day by carrying heavy stuff up and down hills . . . .
