Introduction
It was time to move around the AO and see everything that it had to offer. We grabbed the flags and let everyone know that after he is open to all men!

The Thang
Warm up in the parking lot, DORM (dips, overhead press, coupon Rows, merkins) beat down at the gazebo. Sprints in the field along with some burpees, Bonnie Blairs, and side straddle hops. Head over to the bridge for some bear crawls and crab walks. Moses along the trail and stopped for a little bit of Q school. Urkel’s kryptonite up the Ridge. Back to the parking lot for a little bit of broga.
