Circle of Trust

CoR/Announcements/NoR/Prayer Requests

I was speaking to a veteran a while back and he mentioned that he “only did a few years in a support role” and it got me to thinking.  I know we put a lot of emphasis on our fallen heroes (hence the Hero workouts) but I want people to understand that those that have served, in any capacity, are truly appreciated as well.  Support personnel, combat veterans, volunteered or drafted (back in the day), served for two years or for their entire career.  Many have been wounded or given their lives.  All have put their lives on hold so that the rest of us could get on with ours and enjoy the freedom and liberty that they all provide.  Perspective……..Thanks to all our men and women in the armed forces, police, fire and first responders.

Naked Man Moleskin

Saw some guys crushed it and saw a few struggle at times but never gave up.  We planted the seed early that when it get’s difficult, think of the two people we were honoring today.  Guys kept pushing and heard alot of encouraging.  Keep hammering!!!

Always a pleasure to workout with you all!
