Introduction

It was a special day at Two Wolves. It was a Thanksgiving Workout so epic that they closed Black Panther in order to come join me for this beatdown. I promised a coupon-heavy workout with just enough cardio to make pax hate me – I hope I delivered on this promise.

I rolled into the parking lot at 5am. It rained last night, so I needed to scope out some locations at the AO to make sure my plan was still possible. The basketball court was a little too slick for running, so I adjusted the third portion of the workout, but everything else seemed good to go.

The clock hit 5:15 am. The principles of F3 were shared and the disclaimer was given. Now let’s go!

Name-O-Rama

If you didn’t know. It is Thanksgiving. I don’t know what the 3rd F (faith) means to you, but I find my hope in Jesus and my encouragement through the Bible. The New Testament reminds us to “give thanks in all circumstances.” This is difficult to do – with all of my mom’s health problems lately, my hometown (Waukesha) still mourning from tragedy, and always battling with my mental health – life often feels anything by thankful. But we are able to give thanks in ALL circumstances. There is always joy to be found, something to celebrate. F3 can be a great reminder of the thankfulness in the midst of struggle. That is something I have been reflecting on as I approach my 1-year Manniversary in a couple weeks. F3 has changed my life and changed the way I see the world around me. I still hate Rusty for what he put me through at my first BC, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. 🙂

Whatever your circumstances may be today, you can still give thanks.
